Our classes run for 45 minutes and consist of a multitude of training styles and techniques.
We combine functional movements with traditional gym lifting to give you a rounded approach to your training. All sessions are based around High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which is proven to be the best method in getting results.
At Firm Butts Fitness, we don’t have a traditional ‘class timetable’, we run the same session for an entire day before it changes for the next day.
Therefore, all you need to do is get to the gym when it suits you rather than trying to line up a class you like with a time you can train. This also means that your training will always be different and you will never get bored of doing the same thing!

This class is for Mum’s ONLY and is designed to get you out of the house and moving again!
Train in a safe and supportive environment with like minded women who are all regaining their strength and fitness. Classes run Monday To Friday from 9:30am to 10:15am and go for 45 minutes.
**Female only class**
Due to health and safety regulations, all children attending must be strapped in a pram or capsule, they cannot be roaming around the gym.
