Mum's and Bub's
This class is for Mum’s ONLY and is designed to get you out of the house and moving again!
Train in a safe and supportive environment with like minded women who are all regaining their strength and fitness.
Classes run every Wednesday and Friday mornings at 10:30am and go for 45 minutes.
**Female only class**
Due to health and safety regulations, all children attending must be strapped in a pram or capsule, they cannot be roaming around the gym.
