Group Training

What better way to enjoy your workouts than in a group session? First timers and those just wanting to mix-up their current fitness program are all welcome at Firm Butts Fitness.

Our classes run for 45 minutes (30 with a trainer) and include a broad range of training styles and techniques.

We combine functional movements with traditional gym lifting to give you a rounded approach to your training. All sessions are based around High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which is proven to be the best approach to getting results and keeping them.

At Firm Butts Fitness, we don’t have a traditional ‘class timetable’, we run the same session for an entire day before it changes for the next day.

All you need to do is get to the gym when it suits you rather than trying to line up a class you like with a time you can train.

This also means your training will always have variety and you won’t get bored doing the same workouts session after session!

Boot Camps

Still a popular choice with people wanting to kickstart their fitness campaigns. Not only can a professional boot camp deliver fantastic results in a short period, it can also help lay the foundation for your exercise in the long term.

These sessions are a combination of High Intensity Interval Training and traditional gym lifting. Using all the best ideas from crossfit plus our own specialised techniques, you’ll finish every session feeling on top of the world.

No matter where you’re at with your fitness goals, a regular boot camp training session can help you. We will take the time beforehand to understand what you want to achieve, where you’re currently at including any health concerns you have, allowing you to train at peak performance.

Many of our clients began their time at Firm Butts with a boot camp and have continued with regular group training.
